Shipping & Returns
The policy for the shipping and returning products
Shipping:
The delivery will be in 1-5 working days (Saturday- Thursday) for the shipping company from receiving your order from us.
Please inform us if you want your order delivered to a workplace, the delivery time will be between 10 am to 4 pm.
Delivery fees:
Cairo & Giza 50 EGP
Alex & other cities 70 EGP

Prices may vary due to delivery company pricing updates, the above prices are for the year 2022.
Returning orders:
Your order is specially crafted for you and we wish you will be happy with it, so, unfortunately, we can't replace or retrieve it except in the following cases:

If you receive your order damaged, broken, or scratched.

If you receive a wrong order.

If your order is missing any pieces.

In these rare cases, we send you the replacement or the missing pieces, and we wish you to accept our sincere regret about whatever happened to your order.
